Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the principle that Qi energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s Qi is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki works together with the body’s natural healing capabilities and helps to promote and accelerate the body’s natural healing process. Reiki also helps restore balance on the physical, mental, and emotional levels.

For those who are unable to visit us for an in-person Reiki session, we offer distance Reiki sessions as well. Since Reiki is the life energy that exists and flows all around us, a Reiki practitioner is able to channel Reiki wherever there is a need.
Distance Reiki sessions can be just as effective as in-person sessions as the recipient is less likely to be influenced by inadvertent suggestions from the Reiki practitioner or the treatment room’s environment, thus becoming more sensitive to raw Reiki.

Guasha Massage is a natural, alternative therapy that involves stroking the skin to improve circulation. This traditional Chinese healing technique may offer a unique approach to better health, addressing issues like chronic pain.

Heat therapy is an important aspect of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Moxibustion is the traditional method of applying heat therapeutically, however, a drawback is the inhalation of smoke particularly by practitioners who perform moxibustion with the majority of their patients.
TDP Lamp Therapy offer a wonderful alternative to burning moxa. Although not a direct substitute, TDP lamps generate a unique heat that, like moxibustion, is penetrating and stimulates deep muscle relaxation thereby increasing circulation.
